Data Age Solutions at the CZI Strategic Intelligence Forum 2026: AI for business, with a person in charge
From 7 to 9 October, Data Age Solutions is exhibiting at the CZI Strategic Intelligence Forum 2026, the CZI Annual Business Conference, at the Hyatt Regency Harare, The Meikles. This year CZI marks 100 years with the line “Here for business, 100 years & counting”.

Our theme is AI first. We are showing four of our products, what the AI does in each one, and where a person still makes the decision.

Feliqo
An AI customer-support assistant. Feliqo answers from a business’s own documents, reranks what it finds before it replies, and hands the conversation to a person when it should. You can upload documents and ask questions about them, and it also works by voice in English. Replies in Shona and Ndebele text are AI-translated and have not yet been reviewed by a native speaker. Workforce management with face-recognition attendance. radius drafts the shift schedule and explains in plain language why each person was picked, then a manager approves it. The dashboard sums up lateness, overtime and coverage gaps, alongside an AI-written attendance summary. See how radius works

How we build with AI
The same four rules run through every product on show:
- The software proposes, a person approves. Shift schedules and timetables stay drafts until a manager or administrator applies them.
- Answers start from your own material. Feliqo searches your documents before the AI replies.
- A person can take over. Feliqo can hand a conversation to your team.
- The software explains itself where it can. radius says why it picked each person for a shift.
AI is good at drafting, searching and summing up. The decisions that affect your customers, staff and students stay with the people responsible for them.
