Feliqo is an AI customer-support assistant. It answers customers from your own documents, and when a customer needs a person, it hands the conversation over to your team.

Where the AI is

  • Search over your own documents. Feliqo finds the passages that are relevant to each question (retrieval-augmented generation, or RAG).
  • Reranking with Cohere. The passages it found are re-ordered by relevance before the AI writes a reply.
  • AI reasoning and responses. The AI works out what is being asked and writes the answer.
  • Human handoff. When a customer needs a person, the conversation passes to your team.
